Live 2 Thrive Pilates

Since 2006 I have undergone multiple Pilates training methods, taught in four different countries and helped many people find confidence and strength in their bodies so that they can:
Enjoy activities they enjoyed prior to injury
Have more confidence in their everyday movements
Improve their sporting activities such as dressage, tennis, hiking, running and biking
Feel joy and accomplishment after the completion of a class
Extend the number of years their bodies are able to move with confidence, without or with less pain
Experience the joy of moving in ways they never thought they could
As years have gone by my biggest joy is hearing people say that since starting Pilates with me they can “do things they never thought they could do” and “they have so much more self confidence and strength.”
The human spirit and strength of it inspires me. The Pilates method is a practice, a practice of patience, perseverance and persistence. A practice of self-love and self-belief.
