For a lighter introduction, there is almost nothing better than a restorative class on Saturday at 8 AM, easing you gently into mindful movement. These classes are specially created to build your confidence and core awareness.
Private classes provide a customized experience. Whether it’s a 1:1, 2:1 (Duo), or 3:1 (Trio) session, all are tailored and suited to your objectives, such as strengthening your muscles, reducing back pain, or improving posture. High-end, traditional Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Spine Correctors, is used in in-person sessions. These private sessions complement group classes well and are perfect for women who want individualised support or help managing health issues.
